PCCA CELEBRATED QUAID’S DAY

On December 24th 2011, Pakistani Canadian Cultural Association of BC (PCCA) celebrated 134th Birthday of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah at the residence of Acting President of PCCA Talib Hussain.

Quaid-e-Azam was born on December 25th, 1876. He was a great leader and founder of Pakistan.Quaid-e-Azam was a beacon, a light that guide an entire nation in getting a homeland that we now call Pakistan. His vision and his struggle made him from Jinnah to Quaid-e-Azam. His Golden Legacy leads us towards a shining tomorrow.

The PCCA board of directors emphasized to renew the pledge to follow his guiding principle of “Unity, Faith and Disciple,” to promote prosperity, peace and harmony to consolidate democratic process in the country.

The program ended with the cake cutting ceremony and prayers for Quaid-e-Azam and the prosperity and peace in Pakistan.
