Bilal Cheema The Pakistani Canadian Cultural Association is a non-political, cultural, and social organization that strives to promote the presence of  Pakistanis living in  British Columbia.

General Secretary

Masters in Business Administration, BSc in Physics, Dispensing Optician ( NAIT/ COBC ) Bilal Tarar is volunteering with pcca for the last 10 years and currently working in capacity of General Secretary for Pcca.

Iftikhar Ghumman

Iftikhar Ahmad Ghumman, originally from Sargodha Pakistan served as a sub-inspector Pakistan Rangers until immigrating to Richmond BC in 1992, where he currently resides with his family.

With four years in Psychology, Sociology and Literature as well as being a Doctor of Homeopathy, Shazia Kazmi believes in healing society by helping others and creating opportunities of joy.

Aliyah Kazmi is a speaker, writer, web developer, social-media strategist, and creative. She believes in inspiring a generation of youth leaders in the community through championing diversity, equity, and inclusivity.

With a MSc. in Economics from Government College University of Lahore, Hira Jahangir believes in giving back to the community. With her previous expertise taking executive leadership roles with PCCA Saskatchewan, she has brought them to BC.
